Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX5V is a compact camera to capture quality images with ease and immediacy. It has no manual functions, but this is not a flaw but a choice. Indeed, it is dedicated to those who do not want to spend time in the extreme personalization of the image and prefers to leave the task of each camera scene analysis and the consequent adjustment of the various shooting parameters.
One might be led to think that the lack of manual mode is synonymous with low technology. In fact, the reverse is true: that would be able to respond appropriately to any shooting situation, the designers have made the DSC-HX5V so smart not to allow it to get it right almost never a shot! Hardly, even the most inexperienced photographer will have to delete an image due to technical problems.

A demonstration of the many qualities on the field made by HX5V, suffice it to say that was recently recognized by the awards jury of TIPA (Technical Image Press Association) as the Best Compact Camera in 2010. Among the reasons, that allows you to capture quality images that reduce or eliminate entirely the need for action in post-production with an image-editing program.
The camera succeeds in capturing the scene with his R Exmor CMOS sensor, 10.2 megapixel, supported by the BIONZ processor, which allows fast and efficient processing of captured images. Another characteristic feature of this camera‘s powerful 10x zoom lens that has an extension correlated with the size 35 mm, 25-250 mm. Go, then from wide angle to telephoto and also allows you to capture detail very far from where you photograph.
